That would make it roughly $794 US dollars. Even then, I would say that is is not a good deal. The second one that you listed is much better, and the price is incredible; it might even be too good of a price, double check to ensure that seller hasn't ripped off people in the past.
Mee Blumenfeld: You can buy an optical to analog PCM converter ($150 Gefen), but it is better to just invest on a new AV receiver.
Romana Stiman: Sorry - this does not exist.The optical carries 6 speakers worth of sound. Your stereo only has left/right analog inputs.Look on your local CraigsList. There are many good Yamaha, Denon, Onkyo and Sony 5.1 receivers selling for about $100. Since about 1993 - these units all have the correct optical input. They wont have Component switching, iPod, o! r HDMI inputs, but optical 5.1 is still optical 5.1....Show more
