if preschool is a place where children learn and have steady curriculum can i legally say my family daycare is

So i just decied to all it the Constrution paper House. rencently I have changed my mind on the house idea and Direct a local, small, nonprofit childare facility. During my tours I tell the parents that we try to prepare the children for Kindergarten as much as possible, so eventhough we are not an actual "pre-school" we could probably compete with them.
