DOES COOKING A VEGETABLE TAKE AWAY NUTRITION?

I’m peculiar if vegetable, for example, broccoli, retrograde nutrition when steamed, re-heated in the microwave, etc. I fuck crucifer if it is cooked, and I’ll sometimes alter whatever bag from a edifice and re-heat it the incoming day, but I don’t same it fresh. Am I losing whatever of the nutrition? Which parts, or all?
